A great Christmas!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Our family had a good one unfortunately my mother-in-law's eldest dog "Maggie" did not make it to see Christmas. Our vet did his best to try and get her to make it through the holiday but told us he did not think she would make it. So, Christmas day was not the best for her.

This is why my Christmas post is late this year. Again I hope you all had a Merry Christmas!

Happy Halloween!!!

Tonight is the night when things will go bump in the night.
Witches will be casting their spells, black cats will be on the prowl and if a full moon is in view...werewolves will be coming out to play.

Some people consider this night evil, I on the other hand call this night the night to show the devil and his ghoulish ghouls that I am not afraid of him and his henchmen.

In other countries it is the time of the year dedicated to remembering the dead, including saints (hallows), martyrs, and all the faithful departed believers.

This time of the year we do "trick-or-treat." Many will have costume parties, playing games such as; ghost in the graveyard, bobbing for apples, playing pranks, decorating and carving pumpkins or well known as "Jack-o'-lanterns", eating candy apples, popcorn balls and having a cup of hot chocolate or hot apple cider. There will be corn mazes and hay rides through a dark and spooky forest.

So be safe tonight and when you go to bed...keep a light on, know one knows what monster lurks near by:)

Cookouts, family and fireworks

I hope everyone had a fun and safe holiday. We enjoyed a great evening at my parents house for the annual 4th of July fish fry. My dad and his Uncle Ron fried up about 40-50 pounds of fish that they had been catching. My one cousins family has been coming to our fish fry from Michigan, we enjoy their company and God be willing they will be back next year. There was over 30 to 40 family members and some came we had not seen for several years. It was great to see everyone having a great time. God Bless the USA for a wonderful day!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Yesterday was my birthday. I went out with some friends to Texas Roadhouse for good food and chat and of course they told the staff it was my birthday and I gave a YEE HAW! It was a well deserved night out with good friends. So with that being said...I thought since I have not gotten my card posted yet for Stampin Up!, why not do a birthday giveaway.

I will be giving away two of the new Sale-a-bration stamps sets Lotus Blossom with your choice of one of 3 ribbons with matching buttons in these colors:
Calypso Coral
Crushed Curry
Coastal Cabana
( I only have one of each so if one color is chosen the other person will have to choose from the two colors I have left, Sorry.)

So you are asking what do I have to do to get in on this giveaway?

Here is what you need to do:
1) Go to my Stampin Up! page(click on the shopping logo on right of side bar to get there from here) and place a $5.00 order, yes only $5.00!!
2) For every $5.00 you spend you get your name in again.
3) Tell a friend and have them place a $5.00 order and get your name in again.
4) Leave a comment and get your name stating you have placed your order and your name is entered again.

LOOK at all these chances!!

This will end on May1st. So... what are you waiting for?

I am a Stampin' Up! demonstrator

Hello everyone,

In the meantime, those of you who know I have been going back to school, so far is going well except for one class.
Since going back to school, I decided to be a Stampin' Up demonstrator to try to earn items for my passion of crafting. If you place an online order of $50.00 or more I will send you a pdf of the item I have created and posted on the site, an order of 100.00 or more, I will send you a catalog in the mail and a printed tutorial of the item from the site. As thing progress and my cliental grows, I hope to be able to give back more to my buyers.

Thanks and hope to see you there:)
